You know when we said that Tigers are Out, Bears are In was the only semblance of “core” in The Commune? Well not anymore. Sort of.

From their ashes rises Ana Pascal. And here we were thinking that there would be no more skramz ever again. This new band consists of 3 ex-TAOBAI members, and its pretty clear who they are since these super lo-fi recordings they have are having hang-ups with noisy feedback and all that Sonic Youth/Radiohead jazz. So is it “noiscore?” Meh, I don’t know. It just fucking owns. And that’s the selling point.
